We need new tradesmen and want highly motivated people with excellent customer service skills to join us and help us to grow our community.
A role with bags of potential
When it comes to signing up new trade members, we want quantity without sacrificing quality. Tradesmen must apply to join MyBuilder and not everyone makes the grade.
You will be responsible for screening applications, explaining the benefits our service, guiding tradesmen through the registration process, carrying out background checks and helping quality tradesmen to create a winning online profile.
There is plenty of scope to influence change and make improvements, with support from the rest of the team.
Are you the right person for MyBuilder?
We want somebody who will be confident at pitching MyBuilder to tradesmen and builders, some of whom will have little or no experience of online lead generation. This is not a traditional sales role but you will enjoy the challenge of exceeding targets without compromising customer experience and be able to move people without pressure selling - ABC salesmen need not apply!
You should be assertive, have a positive attitude and bags of energy. You will also be well organised and able to manage your time effectively. It goes without saying that you enjoy talking to people over the phone and are very good at it.
You will be responsible for ensuring only the best tradesmen make it on to MyBuilder so you should be discerning and have a keen eye for detail. We place a big emphasis on helping tradesmen succeed so you should enjoy helping others and be willing to go the extra mile.
Candidates must be able to work from a remote location. Training takes place at our office in Central London and will last approximately two weeks. Whilst working, you will be in constant contact with our in-house team and team meetings are held regularly at our office. Expenses will be reimbursed and lunch is on us.
You will need a computer, fast internet connection and a distraction-free working environment.
