Established in 2006, we have grown to become a leader in our space with over 50,000 jobs posted a month across the UK. We occupy a cracking office in Clerkenwell, and at 30-odd people, we’re now at the stage where an enthusiastic office manager would make a welcome addition to the team.
What will you be up to?
You will be responsible for keeping the office running smoothly, so it continues to be a great place to work. It’ll be a varied role, with many tasks that we probably haven’t even thought of yet. Food, booze and stationery orders, team events, birthdays, welcoming guests and office maintenance are a good place to start. As you get comfy your role will expand to support recruitment and administrative tasks across the teams in the business.
Are you right for the role?
If you’re hardworking and fun to be around then you could be what we’re looking for. You will have a desire to “own” the office, taking care of it as if it were your home. You are the kind of the person who is always on the lookout for things to fix, clean or improve, and you’ll get it done (or find someone who can!) without the need for prompting.
You will be eager to support the team where needed, so you need to be tech-savvy and have the ability to quickly learn new skills. We have a strong team culture at MyBuilder, as well as complementing the office environment you will be tasked for nurturing that culture, which you will do with your natural people skills.
