So, let me start by saying that despite the job title, this isn’t your ordinary Office Manager role. In fact, we aren’t necessarily even looking for someone who has been an Office Manager in the past. This is a role for the creative, the free thinker, the get-out-of-bed-and-attack-the-day’er and for all those that get a genuine kick at the prospect of creating and maintaining an environment that everybody will love working in.

Prior to becoming a successful tech entrepreneur, our CEO Ryan had an eclectic work history. He was an artist, a lifeguard, a cook, a stonemason, a roofer and even a pharmaceutical guinea pig! While we’re not necessarily looking for ex-lifeguards, an interesting and varied work history would serve you well. For this office manager role, qualifications are much less important to us than personal qualities. We would love to meet people who enjoy helping others, are curious about lots of things and interesting to talk to, are not afraid of having a go at something new, take pride in everything they do and who possess boundless positive energy.

About the Operations Team
No two days are the same at MyBuilder, and you'll never hear the words, 'Not my job'. This is true for everyone who works here, especially the ops team. Made up of finance, legal, recruiting, and general office management, the ops team makes sure that the company is not only functioning but thriving, keeping the fridge stocked, running events, and maintaining a healthy pipeline of candidates.
Our London Office
Our London office is in the heart of Dickensian Clerkenwell, a short hop from Farringdon station amid some of the best pubs, restaurants and coffee shops in London. Exmouth Market is on our doorstep, but if you just want to hang out in the office, that’s fine too - we have two floors stuffed with high-end tech, an espresso machine, fridges packed with snacks and drinks, and lots of games to play.
