Customer Service Advisor helps homeowners find reliable tradespeople through the power of online reviews. We’re a market leader in the UK and part of IAC, a well known New York based internet group (Vimeo,, Tinder, HomeAdvisor).

MyBuilder is growing and we are looking for the very best customer service champions to join our team. There’s no point listing all the soft skills you’ll need as the right candidate will already know what they are and have them in abundance. We will train and develop you to become an expert in everything MyBuilder has to offer, understand the needs of our customers and play a key part in enhancing their overall experience. Whether you’re troubleshooting a technical issue or handling a complaint, you’ll be given the freedom to do it your way.

Having previously worked in a customer service environment, you will understand that dealing with people is not all sweetness and light. There is a dark side and you will have the temperament to embrace its challenges with a positive attitude. We don’t shy away from difficult conversations. We’re honest, and you will sometimes need the confidence to tell a customer what they may not want to hear. We aim to be impartial, fair and always act in the best interests of our marketplace.

For the right person, this is a great opportunity. This is not your run of the mill customer service job. It’s easy to say we do things differently, but we really do. We’re looking for people with all levels of experience, from junior to senior. Your background could be sales, account management or any other type of customer-focused position. About the Support Team

Support is the friendly face our customers turn to when they need help using MyBuilder. We’re proud MyBuilder experts and advocates. Our job is to listen and understand the person behind each case, figuring out and solving problems in a professional manner, helping each customer get the most out of our service.
The Support team is part of the Customer Service team at MyBuilder.

Our London Office

Our London office is in the heart of Dickensian Clerkenwell, a short hop from Farringdon station amid some of the best pubs, restaurants and coffee shops in London. Exmouth Market is on our doorstep, but if you just want to hang out in the office, that’s fine too - we have two floors stuffed with high-end tech, an espresso machine, fridges packed with snacks and drinks, and lots of games to play.
