Due to an exciting period of continuous growth, MyBuilder are looking for a Customer Support Advisor to sit within our Tier 1 Service team and assist in our continued success. You will have a minimum of 2 years experience within a Customer Service role, preferably from within the tech related field and be able to demonstrate a real passion and drive for wanting to provide first class assistance and help. Enthusiastic, creative and perceptive in your approach, you will be forever looking for ways to shorten processes, maximise efficiency and kill off unnecessary steps, all with the goal of providing the best customer service possible.
You will possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating that you understand and care about people and have a compassionate and empathetic nature. Lastly, you will be the kind of person that volunteers before you are asked, embraces challenges and tasks that you haven’t faced before and gets behind a company’s culture and mission.
This is a varied role, essential to the productivity and operational capabilities of the company. If a homeowner is struggling to log in or find the right tradesperson, you will assist them via email or over the phone, providing them with helpful and friendly advice. Our Trade Customers rely on us to get them going and you will liaise with them to ensure that they are getting what they need from the site and that their accounts are running smoothly. You will troubleshoot technical issues and help established users get the most out of the site, retaining their faith and belief in the MyBuilder product.

Our London office is in the heart of Dickensian Clerkenwell, a short hop from Farringdon station amid some of the best pubs, restaurants and coffee shops in London. Exmouth Market is on our doorstep, but if you just want to hang out in the office, that’s fine too - we have two floors stuffed with high-end tech, an espresso machine, fridges packed with snacks and drinks, and lots of games to play.
