Our trade success team is dedicated to helping new and existing customers meet their business goals through the MyBuilder platform.
Our advisors make a real difference. The conversations they have positively impact the lives of our users. On any given day, they may be calling a recently approved builder to help him win work, or encouraging a sceptical kitchen fitter to engage with the service. We focus on understanding our customer’s needs, matching them with the right opportunities and securing their loyalty - delivered with the very best customer service.
We’re always looking for new ways of growing our trade network and our advisors play an active role in developing campaigns that really resonate with our customers.
Who we’re looking for
We’re keen to meet people from all backgrounds, although we do look for some experience of working in a telephone-based sales role or customer service environment.
You’ll be thrown in at the deep-end early so you should be able to absorb a lot of information and use it to advise customers about the benefits of our service using plain English. Our customers are often busy so you’ll be expected to quickly identify opportunities in order to maximise results.
We take pride in making a personal connection with our customers so we look for people who have impressive listening skills, a persuasive yet empathetic conversation manner and a natural ability to build trust. It’s with this approach that our team regularly hit and exceed their targets.
As part of a close-knit team, you’ll benefit from regular peer support and feedback to help you succeed and progress in your role at MyBuilder.
Our ideal person will have:
- A proven track record of success in a fast-paced sales environment.
- A confident, engaging and persuasive telephone manner.
- Effective closing skills.
- An understanding of the high level of productivity required to succeed.
- A positive, can-do approach to any given task.
- The ability to hit the ground running, quickly grasping the necessary product knowledge.
We’re open to meeting people who want to work full-time or part-time, between 25 and 35 hours per week. This is a salary based position.
