MyBuilder is an online marketplace dedicated to helping homeowners find quality tradespeople through the power of reviews. Our mission is to change the building industry. We’ve built a fantastic product, but MyBuilder is nothing without great tradespeople and that’s where you come in.
This role reports to the Sales Manager and is based at our Washington office in the North East of England.
As a member of our outbound sales team, you’ll be responsible for attracting and retaining the best tradespeople so our homeowner customers have the best experience using MyBuilder. You’ll be actively involved in various outbound sales campaigns, talking to tradespeople and ensuring that they are getting the most from the site. Your ability to earn our users’ trust is imperative so you’ll build rapport easily and enjoy promoting our great service. Your determined efforts will shape the reputation and continued growth of MyBuilder, so this is an important role with real purpose.

You should be confident, outgoing and enthusiastic, even when faced with challenging customers. Your communication skills must be top-notch: you enjoy talking to people and can adapt your communication style to suit the audience.
